Here are a few tips for looking after your sauna hat:

As the sauna hat is made from 100% wool, its a delicate material and should not be put in the washing machine or dryer.

When it needs a clean, gently hand wash with a wool-friendly detergent in cool or lukewarm water. Avoid rubbing, twisting or wringing.

Gently press out excess water with a towel, reshape, and lay flat or hang by the loop to dry in the shade.

You can either pick up your sauna hat at your next session, or have it delivered.

Our hat is one size, and measures 52cm on the top row of stitching, and 62 cm on the bottom row.

They are a bit roomy so you're able to twist up long hair and protect it in the sauna.
